Minister for Finance, Mr. Heng Swee Keat, officially launched the Networked Trade Platform (NTP) on September 26, 2018, at Orchard Hotel Singapore. Attended by nearly 700 representatives from trade, logistics, trade finance sectors, trade associations, and government agencies, the event marked a significant shift from a conventional national single window to a transformative platform. In his keynote address, Mr. Heng emphasized that the NTP provides a comprehensive interface, enabling traders to engage with business partners, stakeholders, and regulators across all trade-related transactions.
